The Season is Coming FAST!!

Hello again, everybody! I have not posted about football lately because I have been extremely busy working on my newest CD that I plan to release next month titled "Taking Over YOUR World". I did everything within a month, got the art work done, the songs recorded, and  got permission to use any samples we used. But now that I am almost completely done with all of that, I can start talking about football again!

So far, the pre-season in the NFL is a shocking one. Showing upsets galore and exposing weaknesses and strengths in the teams. As a lions fan, I know that winning in the pre season doesn't mean your team is going to be good, but it really does expose a lot of things.

For example, I know that the Chicago Bears are going to have a HORRIBLE offensive line this year, because they allowed NINE sacks in one game against the Buffalo Bills. I also know that the Patriots are going to be very good, because they are the only team that seems to easily run through their opponents each week (which reminds me, The Patriots are playing the Lions in a couple of days. I want to see how this turns out). Everyone can also see the progress of the new fan favorite rookie stars (Cam Newton watch, anyone?)

Although, I actually watch pre-season football, a lot of fans would rather do without. They want the season and they they want it as soon as possible; because those are the only games that "matter". Well,  good news for all of you out there who believe that! After this week, there is just one more week to go before the official NFL Season begins! That's right, Weekly Sundays, Mondays, and sometimes Thursdays of football at its highest level. Each game won or lost determines the outcome of your team. How well do you think your team will do?

I believe my team is going to be great. I would like to say that I predict my team to win the super bowl. If I could, I would say that my team would go 230-0 for the next ten years and be ten time super bowl champs. I know that the probability of that is low, so I will tell the truth, I think Detroit will make playoffs. How far they will go? Who knows? But Detroit is definitely going to be a good team this year.

A few weeks into the pre-season, I really haven't seen too many changes in my old predictions. Except maybe the Eagles aren't as good as I thought they were? We are still yet to find out.

Thanks for reading,

RyMic

Being a football enthusiast, I know exactly what you're talking about. This preseason has been an interesting one, after the lockout and all. I'm very excited about what may possibly happen in the regular season. The biggest surprise I've seen is the insane amount of season-ending that have occurred over the last few weeks. There have been over 20 season-ending injuries so far and these were guys who are starters so I want to see how well teams and players will respond to losing role players.
